The animal models of colitis will also be discussed, as well as their contribution to the study of the disease and the evaluation of new therapeutic strategies, including the repositioning of drugs.<\/p><p>Priscila Mendes is a member of the Coordinating Committee of the Health &amp; Technology Research Center (H&amp;TRC) and a contributing member of the Research Institute for Medicines (iMed.ULisboa).<\/p><p><strong>Participation is free<\/strong>, through the <a href=\"https:\/\/meet.google.com\/nmh-tdix-eza\">Google Meet<\/a>.
