The official logo of the Universidade Fernando Pessoa is available in full colour, black and white versions, and in JPG, PNG, WMF, EPS and SVG formats. JPG is suitable for documents and digital applications without transparency, PNG for uses with a transparent background, WMF for Microsoft Office-compatible applications, EPS for graphic production and printing, and SVG for digital and web applications, allowing it to be resized without loss of quality.

The Fernando Pessoa University logo must always be used in accordance with the guidelines presented here. Do not alter its shape, proportions, composition, typography or colours. Always use the official files provided on this page.

Minimum dimension
To ensure the legibility of the logo, do not reproduce it in dimensions smaller than those indicated.

Typography and signature
The official typeface used in the logo is “Proxima Nova”. In institutional signatures, use the typeface defined in the visual identity guidelines. When “Proxima Nova” is not available, “Arial” may be used as an alternative font, in accordance with the examples presented below.

Official colours
The colours of the Fernando Pessoa University visual identity must be reproduced in accordance with the official values presented on this page. Use CMYK values for materials intended for print and RGB or hexadecimal (HEX) values for digital media. Do not alter or visually approximate the brand colours.

Investment in funds
Always choose the logo version that ensures the greatest contrast, visibility and legibility against the background.
Light backgrounds Use the positive version of the logo on white or light backgrounds.
Medium funds · Choose the version that ensures the highest contrast with the background, in accordance with the examples provided.
Dark funds Use the negative version of the logo on black or dark backgrounds.
Photographic backgrounds
When the logo is applied over a photograph, place it in an area that ensures sufficient contrast and clear legibility. Choose the positive or negative version depending on the brightness and characteristics of the image.
Institutional signatures
Fernando Pessoa University provides institutional brand compositions and email signature templates. Please use only the authorised versions and respect the defined proportions, alignments, colours and clearance areas.
