Context and objectives
The 2nd Cycle in Communication Sciences responds to the current demands of the field, keeping pace with the evolution of communication models, media, and technologies. The course offers advanced, critical, and up-to-date training, geared towards understanding contemporary communication phenomena and practices.
It aims to develop critical thinking, analytical and intellectual autonomy skills, preparing students to act ethically and with sound reasoning in the face of information flows, transformations in journalism and new communication contexts.

This program prepares students for roles in multiplatform journalism, organizational and institutional communication, communication and press relations, content production and management for traditional and digital media, as well as in the areas of marketing, advertising, and strategic communication.

ERASMUS+ EXCHANGE
Students at the Fernando Pessoa University (UFP) who meet the eligibility criteria have the opportunity to undertake periods of study and/or internships through international mobility programs.
