CECA organizes its VII Conference
in the auditorium of Trofa Saúde – Hospital Fernando Pessoa

The 7th Conference of the Center for Studies in Animal Science (CECA) constitutes a meeting space dedicated to promoting scientific research and sharing knowledge in an area of growing relevance to global health. CECA, a multidisciplinary unit, guides its activity by the One Health principle, promoting the articulation between human and veterinary medicine with the aim of protecting public health.

In this context, the Conference highlights the work developed in the areas of microbiology, immunology, pathology, oncology and genetics, addressing topics such as zoonoses, antibiotic resistance, tissue regeneration and metabolic diseases. The initiative aims, therefore, to foster scientific dialogue, stimulate innovation and strengthen the link between research and practice.

Participation is free, but prior registration is required via email: coordenacao.exec.emcb@ufp.edu.pt

Notice:
Participation from the academic community is planned only during the morning, with the afternoon dedicated to more technical and internal sessions.
