Lecturer and researcher Ana Fonseca, from Fernando Pessoa University, participated in the 22nd International Conference on Environmental, Cultural, Economic & Social Sustainability, which took place between 20 and 22 April 2026, at the University of the Aegean, in Greece, under the theme “Unseen Unsustainability: Addressing Hidden Risks to Long-Term Wellbeing for All”.

Within the scope of this scientific initiative, the researcher presented the paper entitled “Developing a sustainability management tool for non-profit organizations”. This work is one of the central outcomes of the research project. ESG4NPO, funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), which focuses on developing sustainability management tools specifically designed for non-profit organisations.

The lecturer's participation reinforces the internationalisation of research produced at UFP and underscores the institution's contribution to the development of practical and innovative solutions that promote the sustainability of the social sector.
