Professor Dr. Jorge Pedro Sousa, Professor of Journalism and Communication Sciences at FP, undertook an Erasmus mission at the Faculty of Documentation and Communication Sciences of the University of Murcia, Spain, between 4 and 8 May.

The lecturer taught courses in the general history of journalism, the history of journalism in Portugal, and the history of photojournalism to doctoral students in Information and Communication Management in Organisations, of which international faculty he is a part. He also participated, as a guest speaker, in the II Permanent International Seminar “Communication and Society”, with the presentation “Valuing sensationalist popular journalism: the history of the weekly newspaper ‘Tal & Qual’ (1st series) in the Eighties”.
