Open classes of the Postgraduate Seminar on Building Rehabilitation

The open lectures for the Postgraduate Programme in Building Rehabilitation commenced on the 11th of July, with two excellent presentations.

The 1st lecture was given by Mr. Eng. Bento Aires (President of the Order of Engineers – Northern Region), on the topic “Real Estate Project Management involving Building Rehabilitation”. In turn, the 2nd lecture was given by Mr. Dr. Ricardo Guimarães (Director of the Magazine Confidencial Imobiliário), on the topic “Information in the Real Estate Market and Building Rehabilitation”.

On the 16th and 17th of July, the open classes of the building rehabilitation seminar will continue, this time in an online format.

  • 3rd lesson, on 16th July, from 7 PM to 9 PM – “Financial Risk Management in Real Estate Investment” – Mr. Dr. João Luís de Sousa (Director of Vida Económica Editorial);
  • 4th lesson, on 17 July, from 19:00 to 21:00 – “Construction Materials 4.0” – Mr. Dr. José Matos (Director’s Advisor and ex-Secretary General of APCMC – Portuguese Association of Building Materials Merchants).

The classes are open and with free access. Therefore, anyone wishing to attend them will only need to send confirmation to the following email: miguelf@ufp.edu.pt
