On April 24th, Fernando Pessoa opens its doors to all those preparing for one of the most important decisions of their journey: Choosing Higher Education.
The Open Day is designed for prospective undergraduate students who wish to experience firsthand the academic environment, learning spaces, and educational offerings of the institution.
Throughout the afternoon, participants will be able to visit the campus, explore laboratories and specialized rooms, and speak directly with professors. They will also have the opportunity to talk with the Fernando Pessoa Ambassadors — students who share their firsthand experience, clarifying doubts about the course, academic life, the challenges and opportunities they encountered along their journey.
Because choosing a course of study is also a time for family consideration, involving expectations, life plans, and decisions with personal and financial impact, participants may be accompanied by their parents or family members, promoting a space for reflection and joint clarification.
More than just a visit, this Open Day aims to provide an authentic experience of contact with higher education, helping each participant to imagine themselves here, to plan their future, and to take a more confident step in building their career path.
2:30 PM – Welcome session (Auditorium of the Fernando Pessoa Headquarters Building)
3:00 pm – Meeting Point and Snack
3:30 PM – Course sessions with practical experiences and Q&A with instructors and students
5:30 PM – Campus tour (Television Lab, Radio Lab, Psychology and Physiotherapy Teaching Clinics, Dental Clinics, among other spaces)
Participation is free, but subject to enrollment mandatory
