On 11 June, in the Noble Hall of the Fernando Pessoa University, the IV WIEPH – Justice, Governance and Social Transformation: legal, institutional and social challenges, an initiative promoted in partnership with the Centre for Research in Justice and Governance (JusGov) of the University of Minho, which brought together lecturers, lecturer-researchers and doctoral students in Political and Humanitarian Studies for a space of scientific sharing, critical reflection and interdisciplinary debate.
The meeting provided an opportunity to stimulate the development of scientific communication skills, encourage critical thinking, and strengthen the connection between researchers at different stages of their academic careers, in an environment of collaborative learning and research appreciation.
The IV WIEPH thus reaffirmed the commitment of the Fernando Pessoa University and the Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov) to the promotion of excellent scientific research, support for advanced training, and the development of knowledge on topics relevant to justice, governance, and social transformation.
