The Fernando Pessoa Auditorium will host, on the 22nd of October at 5:00 PM, the lecture "Leading for Innovation with AI", with Fernando Seabra, in a joint initiative by @ConectvAlgarve and from @InnovaInternationalBusiness.

Fernando Seabra is an angel investor, innovation and entrepreneurship mentor, and startup evaluator for international programmes such as Shark Tank Brasil, Planeta Startup, and Meet the Drapers. He is also CEO of Seabra Academy, founder of Clube BoraFazer and advisor for Bossa Invest's Pool I.A.

With a strong academic background, an MBA from the Peter Drucker School of Management, and specialist programmes at Wharton Business School and the University of California – Berkeley, Fernando Seabra brings an integrated perspective on leadership, innovation, and artificial intelligence, combining practical experience with an inspiring approach.

Author of the Pitch Canvas methodology and the book The Innovation Mandala, The speaker has dedicated their career to supporting entrepreneurs and organisations in developing creative and sustainable strategies in an ever-changing global context.
