As part of the protocol with LIPOR (Association of Municipalities for the Sustainable Management of Waste in the Greater Porto Area), an awareness-raising event for students was held on the 23rd of April at the FP School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, led by a LIPOR technician.

The aim of this session was to promote correct waste separation, in order to also award the establishment the “Recycling Gives More” seal.

The initiative also addressed good environmental practices associated with urban waste management, reinforcing the importance of recycling and the adoption of sustainable behaviours in an academic context.
