The submission of this form does not guarantee the publication of the news item.

The SCI (Institutional Communications Service) analyses the information received, reserving the right to:

• Assess the institutional relevance of the news.;
• To decide whether or not it will be disclosed;
• Define the publication channels (website, social media, newsletter, or email);
• Determine the disclosure date and period.;
• To rephrase, adapt or synthesise the submitted content.
• Minimum characters in the news body: 300 characters.

The information should be submitted at least 5 days in advance, wherever applicable.

The publication of news follows criteria of institutional relevance, communication coherence, and suitability for different audiences.
