The open class on “Urban Sustainability”, with Dr. Michelle Miele, will focus on the comparison between Ribeirão Preto and Porto, in terms of architecture.
The central theme will therefore be the comparison between these two areas, which have distinct climates. In this way, it aims to highlight how the climatic and urban context of each city guides the decisions of a sustainable project. It will also include the presentation of a case study on urban tree planting in Ribeirão Preto.
The initiative is intended for all students of the UFP Integrated Master's Degree in Architecture, as well as for all other students who may be interested in the subject. It will be held in room 103 of the Sede Building, from 14:00 to 15:30.
Free entry.
