Fernando Pessoa University (UFP) and Porto Tech Hub have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening ties between higher education and the technology sector, providing students of the BSc in Informatics Engineering with new opportunities to experience the professional context.
Within the scope of this partnership, the aim is to promote the integration of students into real work contexts, namely through the completion of pedagogical-professional placements, allowing them to apply and deepen the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their academic journey.
The protocol also provides for the participation of students in collaborative projects developed between the Fernando Pessoa University and the Porto Tech Hub, enhancing the sharing of knowledge, the acquisition of practical experience and contact with professionals and organisations linked to the technological sector.
This collaboration reinforces Universidade Fernando Pessoa's commitment to education closely aligned with professional reality and to the creation of opportunities that contribute to the preparation and integration of its students into the labour market, particularly in a constantly evolving area such as Computer Engineering.
