Professor Dr. Paula Mota Santos, Vice-Rector for Culture, Social Responsibility, Relations with the Territory and International Cooperation of the Fernando Pessoa University, visited the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, on behalf of UFP.
As part of the visit, he met with Professor Dr. Jarosław Górniak, Vice Rector for International Relations, and with Professor Dr. Piotr Bajor, Director of the Faculty of International and Political Studies. Professor Dr. Magdalena Banaszkiewicz, Interim Deputy Rector for Research and International Cooperation, also accompanied the meeting.
These encounters enabled us to identify opportunities to collaborate in academia or science, particularly in relation to 1ºCiclo de Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais, 2ºCiclo Ação Humanitária Cooperação e Desenvolvimento e 3ºCiclo Estudos Humanitários da Universidade Fernando Pessoa.
As part of this visit, a cooperation protocol was signed between the two institutions, with the aim of developing future mobility initiatives, research and academic exchange.
This visit reinforces the international cooperation strategy of the Fernando Pessoa University, creating new opportunities for academic, scientific and cultural connections with European reference institutions.
