The Architecture Students’ Nucleus, with the support of the Integrated Master’s Degree in Architecture Coordination, held the celebration of World Architecture Day on the 7th of October at Fernando Pessoa University.
In this sense, two lectures were held with professionals in the field, in order to bring the students of the Integrated Master's Degree in Architecture closer to the reality of the labor market.
UFP was attended by the architect Sérgio Nobre, representative of the “Grau.Zero Arquitetura” office, who shared his experience in developing projects focused on tourism and hospitality. On the other hand, the architect João Fonseca, also present on this day and representative of the “JF & GP Arquitetura e Design” office, addressed the challenges of public architecture, presenting projects of great social impact, such as schools.
Two different and very enriching perspectives that demonstrated how architecture responds to different needs of society.
The Fernando Pessoa University thanks the speakers for their availability and for sharing their knowledge with all the students present.
