FP was present at the traditional Academic Parade of the Queima das Fitas in Porto, which took place on the afternoon of May 5th, in a moment of celebration, unity, and academic pride.

Integrated into the programme of the Queima das Fitas of Porto 2026, which took place between 2nd and 9th May, the parade once again brought together thousands of students from the city's various higher education institutions, filling the streets of Porto with colour, music, and academic spirit.

The vocational training students participated with enthusiasm in this emblematic academic tradition, representing the institution with great energy, creativity, and community spirit. Amidst academic robes, floats, and a lot of excitement, the students celebrated a significant milestone in their university journey.

The presence of our institution at this event symbolises not only the involvement of students in the city's academic life, but also FP's commitment to valuing traditions, camaraderie, and the university experience beyond the classroom.

The Academic Parade is one of the most iconic moments of the Queima das Fitas in Porto, standing out as a celebration of youth, friendship, and the academic journey of thousands of graduating students and other members of the Porto academic community.
