Computer Engineering students present their projects as part of the Integrated Project Laboratory course.

The final-year students of the Computer Engineering degree at Fernando Pessoa University publicly presented their final projects, in front of professors, colleagues and guests. This moment marked the end of a cycle and reflected, in practice, what is learned throughout the course.

During the presentations, the finalists showcased solutions developed from scratch – from concept to code – utilising current technologies in the fields of web development, databases, security, and artificial intelligence. In addition to the technical component, they demonstrated the ability to communicate and defend ideas, a skill increasingly valued by the job market. More than just academic work, these projects reflect the profile that UFP seeks to cultivate: professionals prepared for the real-world challenges of the IT sector, possessing critical thinking, autonomy, and teamwork skills.

The Coordination of the Degree in Computer Engineering and the remaining lecturers congratulate all the finalists on their hard work, and wish them every success in the next stage, whether in further studies or in entering the professional world.
